Trades
1.
CHI
  1. Jones, Seth
Additional Details:
Is Seth Jones available? TSN is suggesting that he might be. I don't think Jones is going to extend in CBJ. IMO, CBJ is clearly rebuilding.

With that said...CBJ already has (3) 1sts this year. I don't think CBJ is looking for a 4th. I think they'll be looking for Young, Cost Controlled, NHLers. Having young cost controlled guys can help develop your other prospects. It's darn near impossible to start all rookies and expect proper development.
CBJ
  1. Regula, Alec
  2. Strome, Dylan
  3. Zadorov, Nikita [RFA Rights]
  4. 2021 2nd round pick (VGK)
Additional Details:
(2) young Cost Controlled NHLers. A #2C and a middle pair Dman. Regula is a big promising Dman prospect. And a 2nd.

Seth comes with an extension.
2.
CHI
  1. Henrique, Adam
  2. Lindholm, Hampus
Additional Details:
Lindholm is clearly the prize considering Henrique cleared waivers this year. AKA, for anyone paying attention...This is the NHL proving he's a cap dump. How much of a cap dump is debatable, BUT when EVERY single team says we don't want him for free (trade wise)...that's the definition of cap dump. That part is not up for debate. We need to say 2 + 2 = 4 sometimes.
ANA
  1. Carpenter, Ryan
  2. De Haan, Calvin
  3. Vlasic, Alex [Reserve List]
  4. 2021 1st round pick (CHI)
Additional Details:
Alex Vlasic is a natural choice for ANA. 6'6" 200+ lbs. Defense 1st mentality, but still .5ppg in NCAA is good. He'd be a great fit next to Drysdale for many years to come.

The 2021 1st rounder is because this is a standard when acquiring a guy like Lindholm. I do think this pick gets a bit MORE credit that in typical years because the Hawks at #12 every bit as likely as to produce a start than pick #5.

Lindholm comes with an extension

I'd swap Zadorov or Regula with Reichal, because I don't think that offer really entices them, considering Jones may become their next captain if Foligno doesn't come back next season.

Maybe. Have you watched his exit interview? He's definitely seems open to be traded if he doesn't get what he wants from Jarmo. His NTC (albeit modified) limits his destinations and then considering who might have cap space to give him a proper extension. There aren't a ton of teams. I am clearly bias, but I think CHI is a great destination.

Also, I'm thinking that if Chicago is going to trade for a RHD, I think Matt Dumba would be a cheaper option considering he has a strong chance of being selected by Seattle.

@csick is correct. It's just a position they need and ANA is in the process of rebuilding. Maybe ANA is interested in trading away a pending UFA.

The Jackets really don't need depth players; what we're lacking is higher-end guys. And we've got guys who are effective offensive #2Cs (Roz/Tex/Domi); what we need is someone who can take on heavy defensive minutes against top players and thus shield those guys. I don't think Strome qualifies.

Tex plays more a defensive game though, no? Don't get me wrong. I like Tex ALOT. I just didn't think he had real vision/passing/playmaking skills. He's a board battler crash the net center, No? Domi is a winger....at least he should be.

Add to that, his contract is expiring and the 2 teams situations. Could be good trade partners
