FYI Monahan plays through injuries almost every season. He got surgery last summer too

Wow so do I remove him and just trade Gaudreau or still trade both?

There's no point in bringing in RNH, it would be better just to keep Gaudreau

Gaudreau has 17 points in his last 13 games if the flames trade him it would be a huge mistake and monahan won’t be traded because of his injury (unless he’s involved in an eichel trade because they are both injured but that is very unlikely).This offseason the flames won’t do much.
