While it is a relief to see somebody not over valuing Kotka, that is an over pay for Faksa big time

Could a Faksa vs kk be a hockey deal?

While I would love P.Roy to make such an offer I think that it’s not a good deal for the Habs. Trading, one on one, a still very very young center that could become a nice top six piece for a proven third line center is not a good deal for Montreal.

Dallas would have to add here. And I am not sure how much would be needed to add. This would depend on the evaluation of KK by Roy.

I would be down for a similar Weber deal but need MTL to eat some of that salary or add more assets. He would be a good add and NJ has a ton of cap space but 5 years x 8M for him is a tough swallow.

Devils decline, Canucks decline, Montreal declines the Dallas trade and asks whoever is the Dallas GM what he's smoking.

I'm not opposed to a Shea Weber to New Jersey trade.
But I am opposed to moving Damon Severson in the deal.

I honestly would like to see what Faksa looks like away from Cogliano and Comeau before I answer that. We obviously already know Faksa is better defensively than KK. I honestly wouldn’t be shocked and shaken if he was better offensively too away from boat anchor line mates. And to be fair, Cogliano was borderline tolerable this year. I’m not sure I’d give Comeau an AHL contract

Probably still decline. Demko has been our best player this season imo. Plus he fits our age range really well. I wouldn't want to trade him unless we get a massive package

I would really love him in MTL it's been 3 yrs in a row i'm doing fantasy with him !!!!!!! He is a betta Plekanec the next Pageau .... weeeeeeeeeee neeeeeeeeeeeedddddddd hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiim!

KK is a real Gem, but the pressure is too much heavy on him. As for Faksa he is well suited to fit in our system and for Klingberg few mtl fan could love that too !!

I understand that you wish to see how he develops !!
