You go through normal negotiations. Agree on a contract. Then trade him before the NCM kicks in. His current team has a year to sign him before anybody else can sign him

I honestly don’t think we’re a fit in a Klinger trade. We would want y’all’s first round pick and y’all would be better off long term with Hughes or Clarke. Just my two cents. But to answer the question fully I’d want Kuok and 4OA
