Marcus foligno is untouchable. He's going nowhere. He's too important to wild, & was just signed to 3 years extension starting next year

So respectfully, wild aren't trading Marcus foligno at all

Overpaying Larsson and Savard (I would keep Myers if you can and just play Allison in the top 9 he's great).

I also think Nick Foligno is unnecessary. If you're signing Haula put him or Laughton or Patrick at the 3C. I think Philly gives Nolan one more try at the top 9 before they give up on him.

The Quick move is interesting. Gives LA something they need but would piss off Doughty so who knows (but also who cares Doughty's turned senile), but also helps Hart have an easier season I think.

I also think RNH isn't going anywhere, but even if he did I wouldn't pay him more than $7 million.

Still wild aren't trading Marcus foligno. He's was signed to an extension for a reason

Wild love him . He's too important too wild, & what they do like today's game

His 3 years extension doesn't begin until next year.

Respectfully while the offer may be good. He's untouchable, & wild didn't sign him to trade him, or lose him like wild GM bill Guerin said

Marcus Foligno isn't going anywhere but I think Guerin would have to consider that offer, I take a chance on Nugent-Hopkins he's in his prime and a chance to carry the load on a new team could be good fit. Edm will need some salary relief they need to resign Barrie after this year, Nurse and Bear in a year, Smith or another backup/starter and being stuck with Neal's contract for two more years. It might be an overpay for Larsson and Savard but at this point Flyers don't have a choice their defense is a mess. Quick might be able to mentor Hart and get him back to goalie of the future. As far as Nick Foligno Flyers lack grit and take way too many nights off Foligno brings a give a sh*t attitude. Nolan Patrick is done if you ask me, he is on his third agent in three years something just doesn't seem right with his situation. This is all pie in the sky stuff but this kind of makeover is in order in Philly and I have little faith Fletcher can pull anything close to this off.

Why would wild gm consider an offer for a player who hasn't even play 1 game into his extension, come on now

I know this is a fantasy site , but it's not realistic, or reality to think a player who just signed a contract extension this past January is going to be traded, or be considered to be traded without playing 1game

Am I the only flyers fan who doesn't want Savard? I honestly have not watched him enough but he's never a name thats stuck out to me as an elite top pair defensemen so correct me if I am wrong.

I agree that Savard isn't a top pair stud but I think the expectation is that paired with Provorov that makes Provorov the top pair stud ala Hamilton. Not ideal that Provorov isn't a top pair stud with whoever he plays with like some of the leagues other top D-man but that how it looks. The flyers young players aside from Farabee didn't play well this year, it will be interesting to see if Flyers management believes it was due to covid, tight schedule, no practises etc and give them another shot next season but that's a big leap of faith and as a fan I'd be upset if they did and it was a replay of this season.
