Dismantling this roster

Team: 2021-22 Washington Capitals
Team Explanation
If the caps lose in round 1 again, that will make three straight post seasons without advancing past round 1. None since the cup. It’s time to overhaul the team.

This is obviously overkill and many of these trades won’t happen. But why not have a little fun with the misery and despair?

Dallas probably isn’t trading away Hintz. Edmonton may not want Wilson, or not for that price. Vegas may not be able to afford Eller, so send him somewhere else that needs center help.

tbh Boston is really solid and Capitals had bad luck. idk why people are so angry at this team. they are the oldest team in the NHL maybe 3 straight year losing will open more eyes. think of it as a blessing

They're a really good team, it's just that Ovi, Backy, Oshie, Carly, and Schultz are nowhere near 100% and it's showing. On top of that you lose the best 3C in the game as well with Eller. If they were healthy they'd be up 3-0 easy. Picked the worst time to have the worst health.

In this world where he has 45 points in 51 games including 23 goals as an enforcer....

Putting up points in a lower level Swedish league doesn't make somebody an A+ prospect...

Then tell me what YOU think I’m getting for Wilson.

this depends on the version of Wilson you get.
The one that plays with reckless abandon.
Or the one that is neutered.
