What incentive do the jets have to take one 5.25M in cap for 2 guys they don’t even need/want?

Wild will pass. Getting younger is what they’ve been working on for the last 2 years. They won’t take a 30’s center unless it’s a “true #1 Center” which is still a once or I find ridiculous but also probably true

Wtf were the Caps dmen doing on the Pastrnak goal, Jensen backs away and gives him a clear path to Samsonov.

Blues can't take on Dillon's salary. Not to mention they have too many LHD as it is.

Why on Earth would the Blues do that? They can't afford it, need their draft picks and have so many LDs it's like a zombie invasion.

I feel there is a move between PIT and WSH for Dillon. They can't take him at almost 4. That cap hit has to come down. But if WSH wants to shed him, the penguins could use a physical 3rd pairing stay at home guy.
Dillon on the other hand could Ceci his career around. There really seems to be something to be had there. Maybe Seattle plays the middle man in the end. Both WSH and PIT sweeten the pot for them one way or the other and it happens.
