LA is where he can turn all his Young Adult sports books into TV or Movies.

The case for Draisaitl being overrated is:

- mcdavid scoring boost

- bad xGA numbers

- good not great possession numbers

If one acknowledges that then wow what a return!

4 years of Drai for a rebuilding team that just lost all their best prospects (minus Turcotte), and Maata is on the top pairing. The Kings had a better chance at the playoffs as they were before this trade.

Draisaitl = 4 first-round draft picks, just like Eichel

Turris = minus one third-round draft pick (Walker)

Neal = minus one second-round draft pick (Kaliyev)

So we'll trade you Vilardi, Kupari, and one of Iafallo or Kempe for Draisaitl, Turris and Neal.

Yeah but wouldn't the counter argument be his numbers were better when McDavid was hurt and when they split them up, also he's on a cheaper contract - also I've been told there are tiers for centers Tier 1 McDavid- Tier 2 Mckinnon, Matthews, Draisaitl - Tier 3 Crosby, Eichel, Barkov, Aho, Point- Tier 4 Scheifele, Kopitar, etc, etc - I mean it's debatable who's better than who as seasons go on but I think there is a general consensus where about these centers rank when healthy.
