First off- why so many buyouts, that's way too much dead money with an expansion draft coming, get creative and package some higher picks for mid picks to take on a bigger caphit...

Why pay Kahun almost double what he was getting this year when he was average..
If Bozak takes half of what he was just being paid for 1 year, bet he signs and stays in St Louis rather than come to Edmonton..
Tatar and Perry are decent signings with decent terms for each player..
A bit of an overpayment for Dreidger considering he's had 1 good season in a shortened year..
And WHY do fans want to bring Khaira back period, let alone for the same/more than what he was making, he was an absolute liability 5 on 5, ok penalty killer and god AWFUL at C-who barely won any draws. If you bring him back, it needs to be for $1m or less, otherwise you can find better seasoned vets with better faceoff #'s and 5 on 5 stats for less than $1m(see Nate Thompson in Winnipeg, or Brad Richardson in NSH, or Carl Soderberg)..
