You can cross Detroit off that list. They can't afford to give up that much for 1 player they just aren't far enough along in their rebuild.

I agree, they're not a good fit for Eichel. I'm just having fun doing each team

At quick glance I’d say the biggest underpay is either Chicago or Tampa and the overpay would be maybe Florida or Detroit.

I’m not sure I’d say Detroit is an underpay by any stretch. You’re talking about the best defense prospect outside of the NHL that’s been productive in 3 different professional leagues & had international tourney success. A former 6th overall winger that plays a 200ft game and is tracking well and much better than his stats suggest. Lastly, a good lottery pick in the draft next year.

I'd be asking for Dach from CHI for sure. Tampa just won't work really. Unless they want to move Point which is crazy.

In the FLA deal, Vatrano is a cap add. Could probably take out the pick too.

NSH should take that deal and run with it. Tomasino and Farrance will be good, but upgrading from Johansen to Eichel, sign me up.

I just feel like the values or all over the board. The Detroit trade might be a bit of an underpay, but the Carolina trade was a huge underpay

laugh laugh What a crock, Detroit by far is giving up the 3 best pieces in the whole deal. While the other teams aren't even close to giving up their best assets. Detroit passes. The rest of those teams are giving up garbage for Eichel.

Noway is Detroit's an underpay by a lot, The rest i agree with they're basically garbage proposals. Detroit by far is giving up the 3 best pieces in all of these proposals.

For sure but the price has been set at 4 1sts. There's 3 there. Gotta add another 1st.

Carolina laughed away a trade for Laine because they demanded Pesce. Why would they trade him for Eichel when his value is at it's lowest and he's coming off injury?

It's FAR more likely Carolina offer a package of futures. Jarvis, Suzuki, Bokk, Bean and a 1st.

What you’re referencing says 4 first round picks or first round drafted players and comes from Renaud Lavoie. Those pieces in this ACGM are blue chip prospects. So we would comply with the asking price with Svechnikov, Cholowski, Rasmussen, and Veleno or switching one out with this years first. So not exactly the same.
