If we are taking about Weber to Philly I would be happy to replace Chiarot for him in the deal, but I don't know if Philly would want/can accept that cap hit though...

I think Fletcher is going to shed as much cap as possible (trading a large one or paying SEA to take a large one of our hands, trading Ghost, etc.). Our number 1 hole is a number one dman, and although this may not be the Weber of 2014, he is certainly capable of playing a big time role. Pair him with Provy and injecting his leadership into this team, while bringing all his other intangibles, I'd def do it.
