Well we are mainly looking for top 6 right handed wingers or a true 1c. I don't see Flames trading Tkachuk unless one of those are coming back

not a chance they both are respectively top 10 in their position but the price for centers is much higher then wingers, Centers are what you build your team around so their value will be slighty higher. Not to mention Eichel has been putting up over ppg production without any true second all star. Reinhart didnt truely breakout till this year. Tkachuk has also had much more help, Gaudreau, Monahan, Lindholm and Giordano. Only 2 years ago all those players were all stars and giordano won the norris. Yet Tkachuk has not produced eichel numbers yet. Imagine if eichel played with the bruins or rangers or wild (teams that are supposively interested in trading for him) having stars like marchand, pastrnak, panarin, kaprizov, Fiala, Hall (in a better system), zibanejad. Those players were drastically help Eichels play and point production. I personally think Eichel could compete for the 6th best Center in the league with guys like Point, Schiefele, Barkov, Aho. Assuming top 5 in most opinions is ( Mcdavid, Mackinnon, Crosby, Drasaitl, Matthews)
