Like Dumba, but not moving Bratt for him.

With all due respect, the difference between Rask and the most likely pick for SEA, which I think is Greenway or Foligno, is higher than a low 2nd rounder.

Seattle is leaning toward selecting Carson soucy, so if that statement holds true, wild will still have greenway and foligno

Also Marcus foligno whose beloved in wild organization, & by front office will be protected; or Front office will pay to protect him. Their GM words when they signed him to 3 years extension starting next year: "I didn't give foligno extension to lose him. "

Based on what Soucy is their intended target?

Also if we are to assume that they're protecting 4-4-1, and Parise and Zuccarello are not waiving, they have room for only two forwards, which will most likely be Fiala and Eriksson Ek, wouldn't that suggest that both Greenway and Foligno are very much available?

Naturally MIN paying something to control that decision is possible, but it's likely going to cost them at least a first round pick, given how desirable options there are in Minnesota...

I see the wild doing 7-3-1 where they protect Parise, Zucc, Fiala, Ek, Foligno, Greenway, Hartman, Spurgeon, Brodin, Suter, and Talbot. Seattle will likely pick Soucy or Dumba, but either way Dumba is gone in the offseason with Addison moving up.

Kinda think they'll protect Kähkönen over Talbot. But Dumba's interesting. Don't really think Wild can afford to lose him for free, although there aren't many teams in the league with open slots to protect Dumba with.

I think Guerin will make some deal with seattle to protect both goalies and it will be interesting to see what he does with Dumba.
