Just Make it harder for Montreal to line match. Do they want to match up against Matthews or the second line. Stack line 2 and use Matthews as a “decoy”. If they match Matthews line then they won’t be able to stop line 2

No man. This doesn't work.

Foligno is playing at like 50%.
Spezza cannot play those minutes.
Do you trust Thornton on defensive zone draws? I sure as hell don't.
That bottom six is horrible.

These lines give me a headache and I'm not even a Leafs fan. Spezza has been very good but I can't put him on the top line. I wouldn't even have Thornton in the lineup. I understand your frustration and wanting to change things up. But I think Toronto wins tonight.
