Description

I think Chevy was in on Jones at the 2020-21 TDL. He spoke about how he was in on a few big swings and that it just came down to the team wanting to keep their guy, it would make sense that Columbus didn’t want to move Jones at that time. I fully believe he was in on Jones. The Jets and blue jackets had already done business this year and likely spoke about Jones.

I also think Chevy will revisit this trade in the summer. I hope he does, just make sure the price is right.

The RHD isn’t the issue. All year it was usage. A top 4 RHD of Demelo-Pionk is more than fine.

Playing Poolman/Forbort so much has skewed things perception wise

Neither of those guys are top pairing players, they are both suited for second pair.

Neither is Seth Jones anymore. And you’re going to pay a fortune in assets, and cap to find this out. It would Set Everything back years and years.

If you’re going to spend the money and want a true #1, elite Dman. Outbid everyone for Hamilton

Tsyls it’s been widely reported his 2 guys were Oleksiak and Gavrikov. Multiple reports suggest they thought they had a deal for Oleksiak but Dallas backed out
