After this trade I’m pretty sure Laine wants 10.9 million per. Don’t ask me where he got that number tho 🤷‍♀️

You already know what Matthews-Marner gives you.
You dont know what Matthews-Laine gives you.
Id stick with the pairing i know.

Matthews-Laine would actually not be a good pairing - they're both shooters. Laine would do better with a playmaker.

Also, I don't think we'd get any real use out of Rielly.

I agree that's why I have him with Tavares. Break up the shooters and you have a guy on each of your top 2 lines capable of scoring 50. Rielly and Jones would kind of be a change of scenery for 2 guys on expiring deals to see if there is a better fit. But I get if CBJ isn't particularly interested in him.
