Strome is only available because he has one year left and we will focus on resigning Zibanejad long-term.

That package wouldn’t interest Buffalo. Strome would just be a placeholder that adds nothing to their rebuild. They don’t want Jones or Robertson when they have similar prospects in Samuelsson and Johnson

But I agree that they can get better long-term return for Reinhart. I was just reacting to Strome/Reinhart as base for trade.
