That Flames trade is not gonna happen for 2 reasons:
1. The Flames would decline it
2. JVR is gonna get picked up by Seattle

Can't see Vegas giving up all for short term Couture. You've overpaid for Gaudreau, and Jets aren't giving up two young assets for an overpaid one year of Giroux. Little means nothing in the trade if on LTIR

That’s one hell of a roster surgery for one off-season. Most of it will never happen. You don’t have enough real value to Buffalo to make that trade. You’ve got enough for one of them, not both.
