Nope Givani Smith is 100% protected over Evgeny Svechnikov. And Djoos isn't even an option as he's playing overseas for 2 years so he's not being qualified.

FYI Beniers isn't leaving a stacked Michigan team for Seattle, The earliest Beniers might sign is after Michigan's season is done next spring.

There is no real other option i could have for my top-6. So thats why i took kase and signed him to that 1 year, prove it kind of deal, and if he cant bounce back then Julien Gauthier takes the role and Kase has his contract terminated

I'm not sure about DET, Svech was a high pick that hasn't quite panned out, while I have never seen Smith play in the NHL, so i went with the guy who has more potential

For some reason Svechnikov has pretty much been in Blashills dog house, he's been a healthy screatch more then he's played. The only reason he played as many games has he has was do that he could qualify for the expansion draft. I think Svechnikov's days are numbered in Detroit.

Fleury doesn't meet the exposure requirements so It'll be Chiarot or Allen who is taken unless the Habs pay to have Seattle take Byron.
That then changes a few other picks and I'm sure there will be other dealing going on where Seattle get more picks and a secondary player from other teams.
