Buffalo wouldnt be able to retain any cap on Eakin if he is the expansion selection. Obviously they could just take skinner or eichel but just sayin...

It should also take way more than just the 2OA pick to get Eichel and Skinner.. Skinner may be a bad contract but he is still a servicable player and Buffalo isnt in cap hell
