Im aware Flames would very unlikely consider moving Tkachuk however if they blow it up we could take him and his new deal. He can play the Hossa role.

Sign UFA D man at end of this coming season. jones and Lindholm both expressed desires to test FA so lets have a shot unless their respective teams trade them at TDL and they win a cup.

Tkachuk only gets moved for Jack Eichel, And that's nowhere near enough for Tkachuk.

I agree Sutter wouldn't allow him to move, he is the exact type Sutter likes however was more about the "if".

You don't feel 11OA, Reichel is our top prospect (not in NHL & 1st Rounder), Strome (When confident 50 point player) and a 2nd is fair value? One would look at that as (3) 1sts + 2nd or (2) 1st's + (2) 2nds.

If the flames blow it up and rebuild it would be around the core of lindholm/tkachuk/mangiapane/valimaki

Hanifin also.

Its very obvious this would never happen IRL. Tkachuk is the prized asset though and a ACGM allows the opportunity to create a fantasy environment and scenario where it could happen.
