Description
I think the Wild could be a really good team with a real 1st line centre.

Let me know if you agree, and if you think the contract and trade values are off.

Still don't like some of the contracts. The worst is actually Zucarello in my opinion, because it was signed after they were in trouble already

I have a feeling that they will go for Eichel honestly, and if that’s the case I think maybe:

    Minnesota Wild

    Jack Eichel

    Buffalo Sabres

Marco Rossi, 2022 first, and one of Jonas Brodin, Jared Spurgeon, or Matt Dumba.

Sorry slick, But that deal would be blown out of the water by LA and the Rangers. Dumba+2 1st round picks and a 2nd round pick doesn't get you Jack Eichel.

I would try not to trade Brodin if I'd be GM of the Wild.

Also like what you did. I think the Wild are an underrated team. And with the addition of a good centre, they could be a force. Leave alone a guy like Eichel.

    What could the Rangers offer?

And do you really think the Sabers would punish Eichel by sending him to the Kings?

Well realistically Rangers would've to surrender one of Kakko/Lafreniere as a starter, And the Rangers wont want to do that. And as far as Eichel getting punished in LA he has no choice. If Rob Blake makes the best offer then Eichel is a King for the next 5 years like it or not.

That might be true. But I am not sure if either team would really give up a lot in a trade like that, as both teams are not realy close of really pushing for success, as they have missed the playoffs almost every year recently

Unfortunately spurgeon and brodin have iron clad nmc, so there really is zero chance of either moving.

    Yah sadly. Dumba doesn’t though!

I can't either, definitely not as the main piece. It would need to be one of Rossi or Boldy i would imagine as starting pieces.
