I feel like thats such a bad trade for the Rangers. Why is everyone trying to trade Chytil; let him continue developing. Devs let Zacha develop and now he's turned into a legit top 6 forward

That’s not a good deal for us at all. We can buyout Koskinen for one year and bury Kassian.

Half of NYR fanbase thinks Chytil is an elite center (better than Hischier, they tell me).
Other half throws him into cap dump deals as filler.

He has got to have one of the widest ranges of trade value by one's own fanbase.

I created a similar deal around Buchnevich that was better received. Even as I made this one, I was a little iffy about it.

Not sure I see Chytil or Jones in the future for this team. Not that they're bad, just that they don't fit our Roster needs. I think that's why I may have forced this one a bit.

Not sure this trade helps either team.

Rangers need guys that can contribute now. Oilers need complementary pieces to get them to the next stage.

He's a Bobby Holik clone. So far we've seen the good and bad Holik, I say he tops Bobby. When Fil fills out and learns how to use his size, he'll be a 50-60p beast. His father is a giant. He stays here.

He’s a younger Hertl (that gets a hell of a lot less ice time and PP chances).

I think Holik was much more physical, especially in early crash line days.
