Nicely done. Like the UFAs signed. I’m a big Brian Boyle fan and I’d love him in Boston. Draft choices pretty solid too. Behrens, Ostapchuk, and Vaisanen in particular would be great additions to our prospect core. Would love Florian Elias in the Bruins system too

Debrusk will be protected. Only way he goes to Seattle is in a trade with Seattle taking Moore as part of it.

Will either be Ritchie or Frederic. Most likely Boston will try to make a desk with Seattle anyway,

Chara isn't coming back to BOS, and I can't imagine that Carlo deal. That's gonna be a 2 year deal most likely. A. they don't want to basically walk him to FA, and B. they really need to see if he can actually say healthy before signing him long term.
I know ever BOS fan wants to sit there, like they have the past few years, and say their defensemen aren't mad of glass. But they are. Like every other game Carlo is out with a concussion.
I think this is he's 4th or 5th at this point. Don't even know, I stopped counting. McAvoy ain't much better. They would be wise to not sign either to a long term deal right away, it's just not in their best interest.

No question how good McAvoy is. pharrow says that it is not in the Bruins best interst to sign him to a long term deal soon? Comments like that are why I blocked that guy.

Has nothing to do with him being made of glass.

And now you got a guy signed long term with concussion issues, with 2 last year alone that made him miss a lot of time.
So wise of you!

Didn’t you say it was a bad idea to walk him to UFA? Yet that is what you proposed.

what I said I said very clearly.
"hey would be wise to not sign either to a long term deal right away, it's just not in their best interest."

which is true.
You signed a guy to a 6 year deal, who played 27 games last year due to multiple concussions. This is not the 1st time he's missed a lot of time due to concussions. It has been a repetitive problem with him.
At some point you have to wonder what point does it either knock him out the game or he leaves the game.
YOU are one of the BOS fans who wanted to go with the narrative that these injuries he has were "one offs" or "freak occurrence" or whatever you want to call them. But they aren't.
Now here you are, totally missing the point of anything I was saying because you got caught straight out lying on another thread and you got nothing to say with the egg all over your face.
When Carlo ends out on LTIR, all the time, maybe then you'll be able to admit it. The only saving grace of that contract is very little of it is signing bonus. We ALL know why that is.
But they'll still be stuck with it.

You said a two year deal is most likely and that they don’t want to walk him right to UFA. Hey, guess what 2 years would do!

they didn't want to walk him to FA, clearly. I stated that. You over here worried about 2 years. While missing the whole point.
But you are not grasping the fact that they signed a guy with serious injury issues to a 6 year deal. And that is a mistake. Which I am saying they shouldn't have done for the good of the team.
Because they'll end up with him on LTIR forever. And you're over here trying to act like your proving something because like a 5 year old, you got called out on another thread.

You said 2 years was most likely. You said the bruins didn’t want to walk him to FA. Your math stinks.
