They have to lose someone to expansion. Why give him away for something that doesn't help the team? The Jets can make a cheaper deal to keep him or just let him go. No biggie. Why lose two guys to expansion?

lose 2 guys??? ok whatever u say, u know anderson is exempt so get to lose a lower quality player u cant protect while gaining something for a decent player like apples

But the Jets would be losing Appleton for a player that has no chance at ever making it out of the AHL and then losing another player to expansion. Why should Winnipeg make a move that benefits Vancouver and does absolutely nothing to help the Jets? Just let Seattle have Appleton if they want him or give them a pick to take someone else. That makes much more sense than trading Appleton for a player they don't need.

ok i suppose u dont know anderson then, definetley will be an nhl player this year or next
