Lol some teams apparently asked Fletcher for York and their top 15 overall pick to dump Gostisbehere. Not even an AHL-bound Ladd costed that much. Ghost doesn't even look out of place as an offensive #4 defenseman.

If such a team was, say, Anaheim, then Fletcher counters with Comtois and a 3rd for Hagg

And with no side deals announced - I stand by my original statement: Francis absolutely whiffed this draft. Terrible billion dollar investment put into the hands of an imbecile

Francis absolutely whiffed, if there’s no side deals go BPA and you can’t tell me Bayreuther or Twarynski is BPA

So what are your thoughts on Weber being injured long term as some Imbeciles think this is circumventing the cap, how can Weber be circumventing but Kuch isn’t, what Tampa did with LTIR was fine, now was Kuch healthy before the playoffs, probably but you can’t arrest someone for probably doing a crime and healthy doesn’t mean at 100%.

Very Bold NHL Draft Predictions (I do not expect any of these to happen but anything is possible)

William Eklund goes 1st overall

Buffalo or Seattle will have the first two picks

The Ducks trade the 3rd overall pick for Patrik Laine

Mason McTavish goes Top 5

Jesper Wallstedt falls outside of the Top 10

Aatu Raty doesn't go in the first round

There will be 5+ trades in the first round

And Im going to practice soon so I hope Eichel or Jones doesn't get traded while Im gone

I like your predictions. I'm also pretty confident Eklund goes first.

William Eklund goes 1st overall ( could happen but if they want a Center draft Beniers, the 2 best players are Beniers and Power )

Buffalo or Seattle will have the first two picks ( Eichel/Skinner trade is your prediction then? )

The Ducks trade the 3rd overall pick for Patrik Laine ( Don’t think Laine is worth 3 OA and I’m sure Ducks would prefer a mix of quantity and quality )

Mason McTavish goes Top 5 ( could happen but talent wise for me he should go earliest 8th )

Jesper Wallstedt falls outside of the Top 10 ( could happen, definitely has top 10 value though )

Aatu Raty doesn't go in the first round ( could happen, I like him though as a 25-30 range guy, high floor but lower ceiling )

There will be 5+ trades in the first round

I don’t see why Buffalo would want Eklund at 1, earliest I see him go is 3

Personally I'm not that high on Beniers and they just don't need a LD at the moment. It might be Power, but I have this nagging feeling it'll be Eklund. Adams will splash out a bit.

Eklund has the highest potential to become a star

Beniers and Power want to go back to College

so kind of makes sense

Watched Eklund and despite him being small really impressed with his 2-way game. Still growing so no concerns.

Still see Buffalo drafting Power but thats fine Eklund still going somewhere

For me Power, Beniers is the clear top 2, I can see the appeal of Eklund but I wouldn’t take him at 1

So who do you guys think could be potential steals in Free Agency

For me I got

For Forwards

1. Tatar
2. Kahun
3. Stephan

For Dman

1. Suter
2. Yandle
3. McCabe

For Goalies

1. Anderson (Tor)

So by steal I mean you can sign them for cheap due to previous circumstances (underperformed or got injured) and they play far and beyond better than what they are being payed (think Verhaeghe situation)
