The Sharks just fell off a cliff after losing to St. Louis in 2019. That was so disappointing.

Jones was elite, but only in the playoffs. All of the defensemen's deserved what they got in a sheltered context and the GM didn't have leverage, they were all going on the decline and they cashed in because of what they accomplished rather than what they'll accomplish later in their career's.

Definitely. Our downfall every playoff has been consistent goaltending. I just wish we kept Ned because it seems every team that wins a cup needs a top notch goaltender and Ned may have turned into that if he kept getting better.
