If I remember correctly he had already PAID her before to get other abortions meaning that he was paying her for aborting as some sort of “settlement”’on their own terms and than she got pregnant again and told her he would pay her for this abortion again but she didn’t want to so he offered more money and than after it happened he refused to pay up.

Im not saying what’s right or wrong in the situation; but if you’re having unprotected sex you’re already in the wrong (as both the female and the male IN TERMS OF IF YOU GET PREGNANT YOU SHOULDNT BE SHOCKED). So if he’s saying I’ll pay you too abort despite you not wanting too I’ll try and offer you more money; then you can clearly see despite them both being in the wrong, Kane created this problem and court case. If you don’t want these problems:

Don’t have unprotected sex (or don’t be surprised if she gets pregnant lol)
Don’t offer to pay for abortions if you can’t pay
Don’t settle on a offer and then go back on your word tricking the other party out of the offer (no matter the situation)

Alright now that I'm awake I'll tell you guys.

So there was this guy no one liked because he always insulted others and he wouldn't shut the f*ck up so he was very annoying. Me and my friends were playing the game four square at the park and he was talking sh*t to the wrong guy this time (me), so I told him if he doesn't shut up I'll make him. He didn't listen (probably the biggest mistake of his life) so I shoved him on the ground. He landed on the side of his right arm which broke it and apparently the shear force of that push broke his other arm which wasn't even on the ground (to this day I'm still trying to figure out how the hell did that happen). When he fell on the ground he was in this position (best image that was somewhat close to what it looked like):



I was considered a hero at the time by my piers, but my school wasn't too impressed (I had a good reputation and this was the first time I had an incident so they went lightly on me). I had to do counseling for the rest of the year and let me tell you it was a blast. I improved myself mentally a lot from that date and to this day I'm fully happy with myself. It also somewhat helped the guy who I beat up, he became a less annoying person and we're somewhat friends now.

Personally I think Lucic is the best option. One game after we lost(I can't remember against who) we played Ottawa. Who was the one to boost the team spirits? Giordano? No. It was Lucic. We need a captain that can motivate the team when they are in a rough patch. Added bonus that he has a cup and knows what it takes to get to the finals and win it.

Currently our A's are Monahan Tkachuk and Backlund. I think if Monahan is traded Tanev takes his spot. When Monahan was out for 2 games he took his place and I liked him wearing the A. He has also helped Hanifin develop and could do the same to Valimaki.

I personally would like Tkachuk to get the C but I don't think it should happen. With the possibility of him walking in a few years that may hurt morale on the team if the captain walks. So put a fan favorite who has said he loves the city and people love watching him play here. Every once in a while if they are playing in Calgary you can hear fans saying LOOOOCH, which I think means he is a fan favorite. Many people would be happy if he was given the C IMO
Backlund
He has been an alternate since the same season Tkachuk was named
He is now the longest reigning player on the Flames making his Debut with them on January 28 2010. He knows how to be a good leader and he would be my number 2 option for Captain but I think Lucic would be better with that cup experience
Monahan
If he isn't traded him and Tanev alternate games like Monahan at home and Tanev away. He is the longest reigning letter on this team being named during the 15-16 season. I would like to see him keep his letter but like I said not every game

I was actually talking to a close member of the team about a week ago (anonymous player practicing with the Flames this summer and trying out for the Stockton Heat) and I asked him this question. His response. “Nobody on that team should be a captain.” His only even considerable option was Tanev. When asked about Backlund “he’s too quiet” and when asked about Tkachuk “he likes to party too much.” Thought it was an interesting conversation

He would cost around a 3rd-4th without retention

Maybe 2nd+ with 50% retention

Something like a B prospect + 2022 2nd round pick?

Tyler Myers doesn’t have the most ideal contract but he still played decent for us.

I’d say a b prospect like Tristan Brolz and a 4th round pick, or a 2nd and 3rd 25% retained.

I think everyone’s brainwashed to think Myers is awful. The only thing awful is his contract. The player himself isn’t even that bad. These days people look at a bad contract and determine that the player is also super bad. He isn’t. With retained money he’s actually worth something

Huh? The contract is only bad if he’s not worth that amount of money lol. Saying he’s not awful just not worth 6mil is literally the exact same thing as saying he has a bad contract. It’s the same reason people say Marner’s contract is bad. He’s an elite player, worth probably 9mil a year based on the market for elite wingers (a little below Rantanen/Stone/Kucherov) but he’s making nearly 11mil, so the contract is bad.
