1. Rough and Tough. This is what wins when you don't have star players (as seen in Vegas year 1)

2. Bruins need massive help at defense. I'd love to see atleast 2 more full time NHLers

3. No, they are still a competitive team, just need some help at D (and maybe a good top forward)

4.Wait until the vets contracts expire and build a style for the team.

Depends on who's available and the trade they get, probably one focused on prospects and picks with younger players or older guys they'll trade

a) I think Seattle will try to be competitive in their first year but ultimately they'll build out from their draft classes in upcoming years. I doubt they'll be afforded some of the luxuries and luck that Vegas had in their first year. Their style of play will end up on whatever coach they end up hiring.
b) Yes.
c) Yes, but they won't. They're on average the oldest team in the league and have a lot of key players past or pushing 30. I think they'll try to remain competitive for as long as Ovechkin wants to be an NHLer, but Backstrom, Kuznetsov, Oshie, Eller, Hagelin, Orlov, Schutlz, Dillon and Jensen won't be the substantial cast of talent before too long. It is better to start offloading some of them, getti McMichael/Lapeirre into the team, and try to remain competitive without the bottom falling out.
d) Fire Jim Benning.
