I like the return for BUF, but there is no way EDM can pull off resigning Reinhart and Nylander to RFA raises. As well, CHI doesn't need another $10 mil contract on the books.

with Nuge on the way out, I think they’d have enough money to get Reinhart done. I get Chicago doesn’t need 10 mil player but we’re talking about Jack Eichel here. Players like that are hard to come by, with a good offseason they could be looking at a wild card spot and a tough matchup for anyone come playoff time next year.

Chicago is not in rebuild mode, they can still build a good team as long as Patrick Kane is around.

I think Chicago likes Dach too much to trade him and Eichel’s neck injury might scare them away because Dach is suppose to be the heir apparent to Toews in Chicago
