Welcome to CapFriendly! Sometimes it's not too friendly.
The Arizona trade is far from realistic. Crouse and Mikheyev are, at best, just equivalent value but different types of player. (Personally, I think Crouse is clearly worth more, but let's just say that they're equal for purposes of this discussion.). Adam Brooks has 18 whole games in the NHL, hasn't shown very much while doing so, and isn't likely to make people forget Alex Kerfoot. Hallander has never played a professional hockey game in North America. Meanwhile, Dvorak is indisputably a first-line forward; that's why you're acquiring him and in fact you have him there. In short, Dvorak is going to make a significant impact immediately, while it is unlikely Brooks will make an impact this season (if ever) and Hallander in all likelihood won't play in the NHL until 2022-2023 at the earliest. So even if you want to consider future impact as equal to immediate impact, this trade is at least a 2022 first short. And that's if Arizona were a rebuilding team, which they are not; remember that they were still in contention for a playoff spot late, and next season the Pathetic Division gets significantly weaker with the departure of Colorado and St. Louis.
If CapFriendly's rules didn't prohibit me from saying "Arizona laughs at this offer," I'd say "Arizona laughs at this offer." Instead, I'll say "Arizona declines this offer without much pause for thought."
I predict that Linus Ullmark will get at least $3.5 million for at least 4 years.
Finally, don't let constructive criticism bother you. I made many worse constructions early in my CapFriendly experience. Someday I'll tell you about re-introducing Mrs. Erik Karlsson to Mrs. Mike Hoffman.
