Hehe, triggers just went off all over this site. Besides the fact that that trade wouldn’t happen anyway, neither side should ever consider that nylander trade. It helps neither with their current issues. Besides, the hawks are no closer at present to competing than they were a year ago.

This is honestly the worst I’ve felt about this team since the dark days of pre 2007. That’s a crazy thing to say, but the hawks are truly embracing mediocrity and have absolutely no plan to escape treading water. That being said, nylander wouldn’t change that and Dach is just gonna the promising young player who gets to lead a team to the middle. So sick to hear myself say that. My faith in this franchise is gone.
