That's what everyone has said every year and Leafs management has always figured out the cap to add what they need.

I mean they employee 2 guys who literally helped right the CBA so I think they know what they're doing. Could be wrong though

Don’t get me wrong they have done fine, but they aren’t adding a big fish 8m+ contract. They need a fresh goalie, and probably a top 6 winger but they aren’t getting a first liner this off-season

If you'd look - this version does have a fresh goalie and have added two middle 6 wingers. FWIW - I dont think they add hamilton

I think so too - It was a cap move for two players that would fit well into the cap and the system
