And if he doesn’t, don’t qualify him, don’t even give him a 2 way offer.

If Seattle takes ritchie the franchise should fold before they play a game.

The qualifying offers need to be submitted before the expansion draft. Still, he has some value, it's smarter to trade him after the season he had and get something in return rather than lose him for nothing by not qualifying him.

Maybe theres an NHL GM out there dumb enough to give up anything for him. It would surprise me though. He is not an NHL caliber player.

As long as Jim Benning is still employed, there will always be an NHL GM dumb enough to do just about anything.
