Description

Kreider gets convinced to change his NMC to go in the state that he was born in.
Make deals other teams can’t afford to decline.
Get a gritty and tough 4th line RW.
Play Jones for a year for teams to realize how good he is then trade him in a big package for a superstar 1RW... One that’s at least Laine’s level (if he actually starts scoring again).
Then make Robertson take his position,
At 6’1, make Barron develop into a physical player.

BOS is not gonna do that. They already have big contracts on some older players. I told all my buddies last year that are Rangers fans that the Kreider deal was bad. They should have just dealt him for prospects and picks

Treating 30 year old zack kassian -even at 1.7M$- as an asset worth giving up decent assets for is really wild; why wouldn't NYR just sign an FA for that $

I don’t hate the cbj trade only if both strome And buch sign long term which isn’t likely. I also think if your justification is that Jones becomes almost as good as fox then your vastly overhyping him. Also with both of them (buch and strome) coming off of career years and being rfa’s there gonna want a lot of money and that decreases their value a good bit. I’d do the package for Jenner, foudy and tbl first.
