Honestly, I'm not sure i'd trade away Foerster for Dubois. Dubois looked like absolute trash this year in all situations. Outside of 1 decent season and 1 decent playoff in his career, he has been very underwhelming. Good job thinking outside the box though.

Yes, the Avs might lose Graves to Seattle. But if they trade him, they still lose a player to Seattle.

??

How r we supposed to protect him then? Don’t have enough slots for our defencemen as is

Graves isn’t worth giving up Heinola anyway

Keeping Dubios.. his value is at an all time low, but he’s shown what he’s capable of, besides he’s only 22

Foerster absolutely tore up the AHL last year with the Phantoms. He's borderline untouchable except maybe to land a true right-handed generational talent Dman

I think Sakic will wait until expansion draft to lose Graves

Not really a fan of either of these moves for the Jets at all.

Copp alone would return a 1st round pick if we traded him. We can't protect Graves and Heinola has top pair upside on an ELC. If we traded him it wouldn't be for another LHD.

Our window to win is now so moving Dubois, who has shown he can dominate at the NHL level for a guy that has "dominated" at the AHL level at a rate of 0.7 PPG but would make him potentially our 3rd best AHL C behind Perfetti .81 PPG this season and Gus who put of .86 PPG this year. Nolan Patrick is a real wild card and a bottom pair RHD that we can find in UFA for less money.

Both deals IMO leave us as a worse team.

Then we're paying Seattle a 2nd so that they don't pick our bottom pair D Logan Stanley (so we can keep Samberg in the pressbox) or our 4th line RW? If that's where you're going to play those guys just let Seattle pick who they want and keep our 2nd.

And now they lose copp in expansion
The trade graves so they don’t lose him nothing is always silly, trading a guy doesn’t solve anything, GMs can’t out smart the draft, the ones that do usually have it back fire on them and that is why Vegas is the powerhouse they are today
