Contract values are off my man. Pionk, Copp, Stastny, Oleksiak get more. Chiasson would get maybe league minimum and I can't see Forbort being brought back.

Echoing what people have said. Copp will likely get closer to 4m, Pionk will likely be close to JMo's contract, Stastny is still going to be worth 3m on the UFA market, Oleksiak should get at least 3 to 3.5m.

If Beaulieu remains with the team, he will come off LTIR and his cap hit will count against the teams cap, which will impact some of your signings.

A speculation on my part, I could see the jets giving somewhere between 1.5 and 1.8m to Stanely and lock him up for 4+ years. Assuming again he isn't taken by Seattle. Franchise loves their big physical d-men.
