I don’t think that interests Washington.

I also think Winnipeg should just develop Samberg, Stanley and Heinola for their left side rather than trade for one. Maybe a RHD would be of interest, but otherwise probably not.

I think the Caps could trade him to Toronto or maybe Edmonton but Caps can't take salary back at all. It would have to be a draft pick.

Personally I would trade Rielly for young players/prospects if the Leafs are going to trade him.
