Caps should probably take that. Liljegren would not just be their best RHD prospect under 27. He'd be their only one. Vanecek was a good starting goalie in his rookie year, but they also have Samsonov, so getting an RHD in the pipeline makes sense for them as a team, and throwing in a 2nd should get them over any worries about whether Samsonov can handle a starter's workload yet.
