That doesn’t remotely get you Girard. Why in the world would COL want Kerfoot back, or a late second rounder. Girard is on a team friendly deal for the next 6 years. That’s not a real offer.

Dude Girard is a 1st pair D who is only 23 and is on one of the best long term bargain deals in the NHL. he shouldn't be available period, but for the sake of argument at least make a real offer.

Given some of the other offers we're getting for Jones, I don't think we do. Nobody else has tried to get us to give up one of our best forward prospects. That and it fully commits us to the "quick bounceback" plan while removing another player that would be fairly important to said plan...
