What is with all this Leaf wants Bertuzzi crap.

You understand that both trades are interdivisional and they are rarely done.

Betuzzi is not available or unless it is over pay and out of division.

How practical is a 20 man roster, with no cap and magically 10m for four players are put on LTIR? Might as well sign Doug Hamilton for 1m and add to the illusion.

Wasn't there rumours of Bertuzzzi being shopped last and at the deadline this year? I think he'll be on the move but to the Leafs is unlikely.

Can’t see Boston giving up a 1st for a rental they can’t re-sign.

If that’s all it took for Bertuzzi we’d keep our 1st and do that ourselves.

I don't know what it is with Red Wings Fans thinking hes not available, they were shopping him at the deadline.

2022 1st + Amirov + Ovechnikov or no deal. Or you could just give us the first and Sandin.

Damn. You value him way to much lmao. Hes a 20 goal scorer that brings grit. Not a 50 goal scorer.

You sure Elliot Friedman and other noted it on their podcast during the deadline. Also he's 26 by the time Detroit is good again he'll be in his 30s. Don't you think its smarter to move him for younger pieces and get better for the long term?

For a 20 goal guy with grit, a first and a b level prospect is fair, just like the Kapanen Trade, Not a top prospect like Amirov or Sandin along with a first.

Tyler Bertuzzi is a first line winger and he's worth every bit of my offer. Look what the Wild got for Zucker dude. Do you imagine this is how a conversation would go between two GM's? Because trying to trade for a guy and then cutting him down when the other team names their price is a quick way to end a negotiation.

No offence how you gonna compare Zucker who was 2 yrs removed from 30 goals and at the time had 3 consecutive seasons of 20 goals and a long term contract to Bertuzzi who cracked 20 goals twice, never cracked the 30 goal plateau, and is currently injured with a severe back injury?

There's more moving parts to Bertuzzi than Zucker...

That trade of Abramov, Hollowell, Kerfoot and a 1st is an overpayment and you know it

So now you demand my player as if I have to give him to you while telling how bad he sucks. And then you give me a bunch of garbage as my reward. Bertuzzi is every bit of the player Zucker is and he's completely healthy. Just stop. It's so sad. Leaf fans are so unaware of how bad they really are...

Exactly i was literally being generous in this offer trying to make red wings fans satisfied but nooo they want a top 15 defensive prospect in Sandin along with a first. Jesus.

I put your comparsion into perspective. It doesn't matter how you value him its how Steve Y does. If he was completely healthy why didn't he play towards the end of the season? You guys weren't making the playoffs. Is there an injury we know nothing about?

Kerfoot value is high after that playoffs. How may players in the NHL can play both wings and centre and still be effective. He also PKs and can be utilized as a goal line player on the PP. All of these stuff have value in the hockey managerial world. BTW read up on Abramov and Hollowell. They're both B-tier prospect yet you completely ignored that.

Player with zero yrs left on his contract carries with team rights decrease value. Players who're injured in the previous season decreases value. Players who preformed well in the playoffs increases value. Players who can play multiple positions increases value. Players who can special teams increases value.

So apparently you are a doctor no eh? He is fully healthy? any proof? LMAO. Zucker had two 30 goal when he got traded, Bertuzzi had two 20 goal seasons. For you to ask for Sandin and a First, or Amirov a first and Ovechinkov, tells me you see one video of Ovechinkov who we drafted i think it was in the 6th round, and then u want him. I guarantee you u watched one highlight reel of Ovechinkov and now ur throwing him into a trade. LMAO. Just shows that you over value and undervalue players based on no proof or evidence. Abramov and a first is fair. Just like the Kapanen trade. Both players coming of 20 goal seasons, and that was the return, not 30 goal seasons. You are sad, not us.

He just did an interview this week bud. Wings fans have been telling you for months that we don't want those players but you just wont listen. We don't want your garbage. I'm well aware of your team and depth chart. Again it's sad how you're condescendingly trying to explain things to me and you just don't see how ironic that is.

Thank You, also, what u just said, he will not take into consideration because he doesn't understand that part of hockey, and what value is, but GMs do. This Trade goes through if u have an expert at hockey receiving the deal, who understands value. And yes Abramov and Hollowell are very nice B level prospects. Along with the value Kerfoot brings like u mentioned, AND a first. and u want Amirov or Sandin with a first included, Jesus, like actually, that would be one of the worst trades we have seen in years.

What's sad, is when you have an incredible amount of value being handed to you in a Trade, and your calling it Garbage. That's exactly what someone does when they don't understand Trades.
