    They can. There's ~$15M in cap available, but we also need to consider that day 1 we need to factor in ~$11M to stay cap complaint. This post was more about the trade.

    I think that Colliton’s system hurts this team more than people realize. I’m not in favor of trading any of the high-end young guys without seeing what they look like on a Hawks team not coached by Colliton, a scenario that’s looking more and more likely IMO.

    Considering he just signed a 2 year extension like 5 months ago...very doubtful that he's within the next 2 years.

    Very true, but I think that was more than likely Bowman driving things, and unless things start looking up, I think he could be on the hot seat as well. I don’t know, maybe I’m just more down on those two than others, but I’m wary of making any moves involving the young guys because I’m not sure we really know what’s there.
