Kassian is arguably more effective than Iginla, plus he's a fan favourite in Edmonton. Need players like him for playoffs. Just those picks should be enough for Iginla, otherwise not interested

COL - OTT Scenario: Ceci and Turris would probably be just right for the Avalanche could have made the package Ceci, White, and a 1st in 2017 for Duchene but knowing Ottawa they would rather have Colin White to be a part of their future than to trade him so Trading an established player like Turris would give White a chance to make Ottawa's roster next year and also Colorado already has Tyson Jost so it wouldn't make sense for Sakic to trade for another top Centerman Prospect.

There is a 0% chance the oilers would do that. Kassian is playing better than iginla and is loved here.
