STL trade is bad. And apparently buffalo can get a top10 pick for S.R.

That’s way way way way way too much for Reinhart.

I know, right? Keep Lavoie, Niemelainen doesn't give much to that trade, Bear and the first would be good enough, reason why I say keep Lavoie is for when Kassian's contract is up or if he gets traded, another big bodied RW with a right handed shot can come up into the league with the team and hopefully be better and at a cheaper price than him

That Blues trade is one of the most abhorrent ones to date. Spare parts and a mid to late first for one top 4 defensemen and another likely top 4? Terrible. You're looking at Holloway, Jones, a 1st, and a 3rd

That doesn't work, either. *All* the real value is futures. We'd be screwed in the now.

Not wrong. But if the Blues were to make any trade it would require at least Holloway and 1st minimum.

Even bear and a first is costly. I’d rather try to use bear in a deal with Seattle to take on the final two years of Neal that frees up almost 8 million sign Barrie who led the league in points from blueline for 5ish then sign tatar or Schwartz to short term deal similar to what we did with Barrie both coming off down years

This is the equivalent of a dumpster being lit on fire and pushed into your garage and saying happy birthday. This is the exact opposite of happiness. Blues hang up not before reminding you owe them for taking Yakupov
