Dunn is a very interesting target. Not the prototype of a player Philly needs but I think he's a great value add for any blue line

Hmm. Ratcliffe holds no real interest, but the other 3 pieces might get the job done. Depends on how they think about Patrick's health.

The Blues trade I think depends on two factors: Patrick's health and timing. If this takes place after expansion (assuming Blues protect Dunn over Krug or Faulk) then it becomes an issue of Patrick's health. If the idea is Blues trade Dunn before expansion, that means they think Patrick is healthy and will protect him. Over who? I dont know.
I like the trade and do think Ratcliffe could potentially add something to the 4th line later.

Dude has major leadfoot syndrome. He's huge and has skill, but man... Frankenstein's monster out there, even at the AHL level. The Blues have loads of C's anyway.

That's why I said the words "could potentially someday". He could also play wing though. He's not the main piece coming back anyway so if they want to throw him in,I say why not.

Because they're treating him like part of the trade value. He'd be surplus to requirements (and slooooow), so they can keep him and bump a pick up or something instead of us paying him to go nowhere. Anyway, this is certainly not my favorite Dunn offer we've seen. We can do something else more suitable.

Why don't you make any ACGM and show what you would do? I'm curious.

First of all, they take time, whereas popping in and out to comment is quick. Secondly, I'm not even sure yet exactly what moves I want them to make. For instance, I keep going back and forth on Schwartz, which is a pretty big decision. I'll try to make one or two when I have time, but work is busy right now.
