Yeah if that's an offer sheet then it is a joke, Considering by all accounts that Holland would sign Tatar for 5 years $22.5 million Which is what he's listing here.

For that I think the Wings would get (3) 1st round picks from the Penguins. I accept!!!!!

It was just a test to see if the Pens could fit him under the cap. The likely deal would be something like Sprong+1st+Something else, relax hahaha
