Think it's a little light for Palat ,but if a better deal couldn't get done doable. Stalock isn't worth more than a 7 to TB nor is Lagesson so it's basically a 3 and 2 7's meh

Don't know why CBJ wants two years of Neal. Palat does have a M NTC.

Not sure why CBJ would even consider this deal. Neal has no place on a rebuilding team and the CBJ give up the two best players in the deal. The juice isn't worth the squeeze on this one.

Yeah we’re gonna need bear and another bigger asset coming back in the cbj trade benson hasn’t progressed enough and Neal is still a burden even at 1m off. I’d counter with bear, Neal (no retention) a first and second for domi (half retained) and korpi (extension in place). You get out from underneath Neal for the first and you get domi at 2.5 and a 1b starting goalie at a reasonable extension for a second and bear. As far as I’m concerned thats a fair offer offer but idk? Let me know. As I’m sure jackets fans will hate me for going for neals contract.
