      That and there's 0 chance Getzlaf signs in Toronto for that little(he'd stay in Anaheim for that type of deal) and also, not enough term or $$ for Hamilton signing... Hell I'd barely give up Yamamoto for Reilly the rental....

      Oilers laugh at you. Rielly is a rental Defenseman. You're not getting 2 young studs like Yamo and Bouchard for him. 🤣 Simmonds is washed up. BIG sieve Dave sucks. Dougie is getting at least 8. How do you know he even wants to sign with the Leafs? That trade won't get you Dvorak. The old quantity for quality trade. Getzlaf has said it's Ducks or retirement.

      Everyone talking about the Edm trade and I get it, but why would ARZ do that deal?. Like the EDM trade is a no from Edm, but at least it includes Rielly.
      The ARZ trade doesn't include any valuable pieces at all for Dvorak

      If you’re only signing him for 4yrs, the aav is going to be a heck of a lot higher than $7.5M as well.

      Not at that contract. He’d absolutely stay in Carolina if that’s the deal he accepted. Leafs fans are delusional thinking every player will take a discount to play on a team who can’t win in the playoffs perpetually and have to deal with getting hammered by media and fans constantly. Not to mention leafs fans think every other team in the league will just give them good players for their spare parts and retain salary just because. Comical.
