        Buffalo declines. They don't need cao space if they trade Eichel. That would mean they are restarting the rebuild and they don't need cao space. Also I doubt Trouba waives his NMC

        leafs don't want letang, you could get way more from the sabres for taking that skinner contract, and trading up in a draft like this probably doesn't make much sense

        Crosby would want out if they did this, this team would be horrible bad goaltending , bad d core and no forward depth

        Detoit will finally have a roster spot open for Svechnikov next season. They won't pay assets to get rid of him and get a rental back. Detroit is in a rebuild and is looking to do trades that do the exact opposite of what this trade achieves.
