Winnipeg declines both trades.

Benn is a UFA (can't see a sign and trade when they can just sign him for free); I can't see CBJ wanting Dubois back or the Jets trading their 2C; Jones won't likely waive for Winnipeg; and Jets don't need discarded Bruins forwards.
